What Atlas is

Atlas is a recruiting platform for Globe Life agency owners. It texts the applicants in your files from your HeyMarket number, answers them, sets them for your CLBs, sends the Zoom link and the Jotform questionnaire, and keeps your Google Sheets. It opens beside your HeyMarket inbox, in Chrome. Atlas is invite only, and each agency is set up by hand.

Atlas GL, LLC is an independent company, not affiliated with or endorsed by Globe Life.

Your account

Atlas is for the agency owner and the team the owner adds. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done under your account.

The texts are your agency's

Texts go out from your agency's HeyMarket number, in your agency's name. By giving Atlas a file, you confirm that the people in it applied to your agency and agreed to hear from you about that job, and that your texting follows the law, Globe Life's rules and HeyMarket's terms. When someone replies STOP, they stop hearing from your agency through Atlas. You can ask us to pause Atlas at any time.

Your tools

Atlas works inside HeyMarket, Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Jotform, under your agency's own accounts with them. Their terms and prices are between your agency and them. If one of them changes or goes down, the parts of Atlas that use it may stop until it is back.

What Atlas writes

Atlas drafts and sends texts with Claude, Anthropic's model. It is good at this, and it can still be wrong. Read what Atlas tells you each day, and tell us when something is off. Atlas does not give insurance, legal or employment advice.

Your data, and ours

Your files, texts, Jotform questionnaire answers and sheets are yours. Atlas uses them to do the work for your agency and to learn your agency's voice inside your account; never for another agency, and never sold. The Privacy page says more.

Atlas itself (the software, the extension and how they work) belongs to Atlas GL, LLC.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price set for your plan when you join, or as we agree in writing. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing page; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Fair use

Do not use Atlas to text people who did not apply to your agency, to send anything unlawful or misleading, or to try to break, copy or resell Atlas.

Changes, and keeping it running

We keep improving Atlas, and how it works will change. We aim to keep it running every day, and we cannot promise it never stops. When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email before the change takes effect.

Ending

You can stop using Atlas at any time. We can pause or end an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid. When an account ends, its data is deleted within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Limits

Atlas is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Atlas GL, LLC is not liable for lost sales, recruits or profits, or for decisions made from what Atlas drafts or shows, and its total liability to your agency is limited to what your agency paid for Atlas in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms follow the laws of the United States and of the state where Atlas GL, LLC is organized.
