The recruiting platform for Globe Life agencies

The Career Overview, filled.

Atlas texts your applicants from your own HeyMarket number, answers them, and books the yeses into your CLB. You never send a text.

Who does what

You upload. Atlas does the rest. Your people close.

Atlas's Add candidates sheet, rendered from the extension: an Indeed file read as 60 new people, the virtual CLB picked on its Globe Life plate, and the button that reads Text 60 people.
  1. YouUpload. Start.

Add the applicant file from Indeed, ZipRecruiter or any vendor that sends one, and press Start.

  2. AtlasEverything around the CLB.

Texts your applicants and books the yeses, registers each set with Zoom on their own link, sends the reminders, reads who showed, sends the Jotform questionnaire after the CLB, follows up with the no-shows, and logs sets, shows and questionnaires to your sheets.

  3. Your peoplePresent the CLB. Close the hire.

They present the overview on Zoom and run the final interview, with everything around it already logged to your sheets.

The texts

Nobody at the agency typed these.

One Tuesday at Brooks-Aderholt: the first texts and the answers, from the agency's own HeyMarket number, under the name it texts as.

The disc marks every text Atlas sent.

2,527 first texts that Tuesday, before the 7:15pm CLB.3

The Jotform questionnaire

The Jotform questionnaire, in your agency's own skin.

Atlas sends it after the CLB. Your sheet ticks each one that lands.

20Jotform questionnaires in from Angela Hanson's two CLBs that Tuesday, by Thursday morning.4

What Atlas sends you

The news is in the subject line.

On every CLB day, a morning brief and a wrap when the day is done. You read both from your lock screen.5

The rules

Rules it keeps on every text.

The shortest gap between the yes and the seat is the one that shows.

  • Texts only on CLB days.
  • Offers today's CLB first.
  • Books a yes into the next CLB, today's first.
  • Lets nobody in late.
  • Honors an opt-out on the first word.
  • Answers from facts, never a guess.
  • Asks you once, by email, for what only you know.

Plans

Plans, in applicants a month.

Every plan does the whole job: the texts, the bookings, the reminders, the Jotform questionnaire and the sheets.
